Russian Customer Visits Our Factory and Places an Order for a PP Coated Pipe Production Line
Recently, a customer from Russia visited Qingdao Aorui Plastic Machinery Co., Ltd. to learn more about our factory and plastic extrusion equipment. After a factory tour, technical discussions, and a video meeting with the end customer, the Russian customer placed an order for a PP coated pipe production line during the visit.
The order was the result of nearly one month of communication and preparation. Before coming to our factory, the customer had been in contact with our team online. During this time, both sides discussed the customer's production needs, equipment configuration, and other project details. These discussions helped us better understand the customer's requirements and prepare for the factory visit.
A Factory Visit to Learn More About Our Equipment
During the visit, the customer toured our production workshop and learned more about our equipment manufacturing process. Our team introduced the main parts of the production line and explained how the equipment works.
For industrial machinery, checking the equipment details online is often not enough. Visiting the factory gives customers a better understanding of the actual production environment, machine assembly, and manufacturing process. It also gives both sides an opportunity to discuss technical questions face to face.
Through this visit, the customer was able to see our workshop and learn more about our experience in plastic extrusion machinery manufacturing.
Online Communication and Technical Discussions
Before making a final decision, the customer also needed to confirm the project requirements with the end customer. To help move the project forward, a video meeting was arranged between the relevant parties.
During the meeting, they discussed the production requirements and equipment details to make sure the proposed production line matched the project's needs.
This step was important because purchasing an extrusion production line involves more than choosing a machine. The equipment configuration, production process, and final product requirements all need to be considered before the order is confirmed.
After the factory inspection and video meeting, the customer gained a clearer understanding of the equipment and the proposed solution.

After nearly a month of online communication, followed by the factory visit and further discussions, the customer decided to work with us and placed the order for the PP coated pipe production line on site.
