Today, Qingdao Aorui Plastic Machinery Co., Ltd. shipped a PE pipe production line to Tanzania, Africa. The customer did not visit our factory in person. Instead, we discussed the machine details and production requirements through online communication. After several discussions, we confirmed the equipment configuration and pipe specifications.
The PE pipe extrusion line is designed to produce PE pipes with diameters ranging from 20mm to 110mm. The main machine is an SJ75/33 single screw extruder, together with a complete set of supporting equipment.

1. Choosing the Right PE Pipe Production Line
Before selecting a PE pipe extrusion machine, it is important to understand the customer's product requirements.

2. Main Equipment of the 20–110mm PE Pipe Extrusion Line
The PE pipe production line shipped to Tanzania includes the following equipment.
Automatic Loader
The automatic loader transfers PE raw materials into the extruder hopper.
It reduces manual material handling and provides a continuous supply of raw materials for the PE pipe extrusion machine.
SJ75/33 Single Screw Extruder
The SJ75/33 single screw extruder is the core machine of the entire PE pipe production line.
It is responsible for conveying, melting, and plasticizing PE materials before sending them to the pipe die head.
Stable extrusion is important for maintaining consistent pipe quality and production efficiency.
Pipe Die Head and Mould
The pipe die head and mould form the melted PE material into a continuous pipe.
Different pipe diameters require corresponding mould sizes. For this project, the mould configuration is designed to support the customer's 20–110mm PE pipe production requirements.
Vacuum Calibration Tank
The vacuum calibration tank helps control the outside diameter of the newly extruded PE pipe.
The vacuum system draws the pipe against the calibration sleeve, while cooling water removes heat from the pipe surface.
This process helps the pipe maintain its required dimensions and shape.
Haul-Off Machine
The haul-off machine pulls the pipe through the production line at a controlled speed.
Its pulling speed must match the extruder output to maintain stable production and consistent pipe dimensions.
Cutting Saw
The cutting saw cuts the continuously extruded PE pipe into the required lengths.
Accurate cutting makes the finished pipes easier to collect, transport, and package.
Stacker
The stacker collects and arranges the finished PE pipes after cutting.
When the pipe reaches the required length, the table helps unload the pipe from the production line, reducing manual handling.
Together, these machines form a complete 20–110mm PE pipe extrusion line for continuous pipe production.
3. Online Communication and Equipment Confirmation
For international plastic machinery projects, visiting the factory in person is not the only way to confirm an equipment order.
Clear technical information, detailed machine configurations, and effective communication are also important.
In this Tanzania project, the customer did not visit our factory. Instead, we discussed the production requirements and machine details online.
Through these discussions, we confirmed the pipe diameter range, extruder model, and supporting equipment.
Based on the customer's requirements, we provided a suitable PE pipe manufacturing machine configuration and completed the shipment arrangements.
This project shows that online communication can be an effective way for overseas customers to select a suitable PE pipe production line.
4. On-Site Installation and Commissioning in Tanzania
Shipping the equipment is only one part of the project.
After the PE pipe extrusion line arrives in Tanzania, we will arrange for our engineers to visit the customer's factory for on-site installation and commissioning.
Our engineers will assist with machine installation, production line connections, and equipment adjustments.
They will also help the customer become familiar with the machine operation process, preparing the production line for future operation.
